Cracking day as ever :)

Cheers to the marshalls, wouldn't want to be out there all day in that weather lads... but you all did a great job.

Also thanks to everyone in division C, had a good game against everyone in there, all played in the spirit of the game :)

See you all at the next one...

Dave

PS. I thought Red Heat had two birds on there squad as well.... until I realised one of em was Eric :p

Thank You

The scores will be posted on the Series 2004 web site in the next two hours.

A couple of Thank You's

Yet again it rains at one of my events --- not a lot I can do about that!!

Jamie and his brother for the use of the site and sorry we left it in a muddy state, also thank you for the tractor at the end of the day to pull vehicles off the field.

The marshals -- excellent all day.
Catering and H-pac as usual first class
Tracy Paint for setting out the fields and doing the scores.
The sponsors for supplying paint and prizes.

And ALL the players for suffering the weather and playing fair all day and for tidying up after the event so most of the rubbish went in the skip.

And finally -- Cooks and his helpers for capturing the barricade.

The words is he
Calmed down a local who thought an alien spaceship had landed (probably thought Cooks was the alien)
Ran across a field that had just been manured
Managed to escape from a rampant bull on a field
and finally lay on the railway track to stop an Intercity train from hitting the barricade which had landed on the railway line.

All in Russells boots!!!:D :D :D :D

Please feel free to add your comments to the "Hero Cooks " thread!!

See you all at Elsham on the 18 April, 5 man limited paint (part one of the Simply the Best 5 man tournament)

Cheers

Steve:) :)

severly good

Was another great day at uttoxeter, good to be playin back there again!! Big thanks to Bully and all the staff for puttin on a good show despite the down poor, however the sun came out for the finals!!

Also a big shout to Severe paintballs, paint was second to none yesterday, straight as hell and breaks on everything it hits!!
Results speak for themselves, All divisions were won by Severe teams yesterday and also at the PGI central 7's last week....

Also watch out for the pimp rags from tagged gear that were floating about yesterday. Some real cool clothes for ballers!!!

See you all at the next PGI 7's......
:D

If Bully doesn't start getting better weather at these things I'm gonna go play somewhere else ;)

I gave up on the concept of aiming and just fired down the tape to see where the wind would take it!
It was an experience to be in Division A and we've learned from it, next time we intend to be there to stay!

Thanks to all the teams who told us why we lost to them, thats the stuff we build on.
