Yeah I agree with Piper, and Steve is close.

Basically its a frame job, as my frame has some duff threads. The only way I can get a new frame is to deal directly with the company that makes them. Otherwise I've always gone through local companies for everything and continue to do so.

UPS however haven't called me back, which they did say the would do before 12pm, and also haven't replied to my email. So far I think the customer service rates about as good as NPower. Who only took 1 year 3 months to repay the money they took out of our account after failing to close the electricity account inspite of sending 2 letters confirming that they did. (Didn't get any compensation from them either)

Keith

P.S. DHL are sending the package now, so far they rock, even gave me a tracking number that works :D

What do you mean FedEx don't have your address listed? I have had a FedEx account for a couple of years without problems.

The road I live on is pretty new, multimap and theaa have it, fedex don't!
I was due a parcel last week, I had the tracking number it said attempted delivery incorrect address, so I rang fedex and confirmned the address it was correct!
After then getting messed around for a few hours I eventually got told I'd have to pick it up from the depot in Manchester or wait till the next day. whilst at the depot I asked what the problem was/why hadn't it been delivered I got told my address wasn't listed.
Good job I chose not to wait till the next day cos it still wouldn't of been delivered...
On the plus the depot is only half an hour away so it is an option to ship with them, although if I'm paying for delivery I'd rather they deliver it as apposed to me picking it up.....

Err things have gone totally cock eye'd with UPS now.

After much berating about getting my money back, the UPS guy said they now DO send paintball markers as long as you have a decleration of velocity....

Paul you tried DHL?
