Upgrades for my Ion?

It's a start. Just ask yourself why you are upgrading. It's always nice to have gadgets and gizmo's but just ask yourself what you want your Ion to be like then follow the tech guide to aid your concept.

If you think you'll upgrade your marker soon, don't spend the money on the ups, but save up and then upgrade. Your stock Ion will indeed fire just great straight out of the box.

My next mod is to sand down and re-spray the spare body cover I have for this to get rid of the Ion body 'webbing' look. Just need some spare time. This ion fires sweet as a nut, is accurate & consistent when using good paint, and is very efficient.

what length is your barrel?

Barrel length

It's a good solid black 12 inches. Been using a lot of frostbite lately and found a .691 bore is about right.

Had a red 14 incher before, but found it was a bit long when trying to move around bunkers and stuff like that. Have found no degradation of performance, as only the first part of the barrel effect accuracy and range. (hence why a freak bore is only about 4 or 5 inches).
