Unlocking IR3 - isn't it about time?

Dean,

The locked out ramp mode on the Ir3 is not ramping as we know it. If my memory serves, it is a fully auto mode that gradually increases the rate of fire, the longer you hold the trigger.

Not really that useful, as it isnt tourney legal.
