Ha ha... to be honest I have never ever heard of the Southern Quarter, I don't know what it means at all. I don't really have the time to start searching through millions of posts to find out what it is.

If you cant tell me, maybe someone else can? I am sure one sentence will describe it?

Averages about 20 people it seems.
I've been down there and its been 3 of us.. other times its been about 50
