[Problem]

I don't know the details but they actually do have day camps for training younger players. There's a long standing tradition in Russia (and eastern Euro nations) of any acceptable sport being legitimized by a school system being associated, like a day camp. Their website describes it as does some other sources.

To their benefit, they know they have a very limited pool of recruits, and any early training they do may lead to some major talent down the road. Damn right they're here for the long run. Going to be a facinating experiment to watch over the years ...
