Pete--how many people call you Peter? And I recall another thread Jewel appeared in recently claiming a familiarity with you. Might be worth a review for clues.

I don't NEED to hide behind a pseudonym, never have done & never will. I've been having fun watching you lot rip Jewel apart (or I was until Pete got it so wrong), I could almost draft the comments before they've been made and I really couldn't be so stupid to respond the way he/she has and so invite even more flaming. I too am wondering who it is.

Oh come on Liz, give me some slack here, you know I ain't gonna just pick a name out of a hat........there is some real cool circumstantial evidence going on here which I will send u...and then perhaps you will understand why you were in the frame...awwww, don't get upset Liz, my PM will allay your fears.
PS I realsied your command of the English Lang is soo much better than jewel's but that I thought was maybe a ruse in itself to throw me off.

I am sticking with the Mad-Dog theory, if only because I miss the guy and I hope it's him. He was hilarious.
I don't think for a minute it's Liz, she's far too sensible for all that.
I do think iyts great to see Jay posting again though. Seems he only somes out for the comedy moments these days.

Paul, it was exactly that review that made me think it was Liz....I've just sent Liz the reasons why I thought it was her and hopefully she will come back on here to tell us her thoughts on why the evidence so stacked up against her....if it isn't, the coincidence is quite amazing.Originally posted by Baca Loco

Thank you for your kind words Missy. TBH I don't think its MadDog either, he doesn't give a damn who thinks what about him so he's another who wouldn't bother with a pseudonym. And his appallingly mangled grammar and syntax is a different style to Jewel as well.
As I said Pete, this just isn't my style & you've known me long enough to realise that now (I hope). I've PMed back my response to your thoughts. I hadn't bothered to post on the "greatest players" thread - I don't know enough about the non-UK players - and if I had, why would I have posted there under a different name? And I've NEVER called you "Peter" only "Pete".
I tend to keep out of the politics most of the time these days, just isn't worth it IMO.
Oh, and I DO know the difference between a real pro and the UK domestic version of "pro" so would never have started a thread like this anyway.

Ok, I have another thoery: Perhaps there is some sort of 'Superhero' alter-ego stuff going on.
Picture this if you will:
Liz - a perfectly normal person by day, drinks far too much in the evenings, and the next thing you know, she's wearing a lycra leotard with a big letter J on the front of it, slurring away, insulting the staff at the local offie (liquor store), calling everyone she knows 'bashtads' and leaving a trail of puke to her house, where she settles down to start posting as Jewel on her fave forum? Of course in the morning she doesn't remember anything about this, and the people at the offie are too polite to say anything...
Its a long shot, but it's not like anyone else came up with anything.
