I can't believe that we settled on "Winchester Spartans". Oh well. Where did our logo come from anyway?
I still think we should've gone with Paintball Of Winchester University Rangers (P.O.W.U. Rangers)...

chris mate give me a shout if you have any issues, started the uni of east anglia group and kept it running for 2 years. So can give you a wee bit of advice with the whole starting
think that may have been a dig at university funding, though tbh DK is a legend in my eyes so no bad word will be said about him.
For anoyone else who think university paintball gets your/our taxes to just play paintball is quite mistaken. To get any money as a uni team you have to represent the uni for around 3 years in leagues which are followed by majorities where uni name can be put around with reason.
when i left UEA we had manage to get our funding after 3 years to a massive £200. Considering the cost of a mini bus for a weekend was £110 we were screwed.
it is damn hard to start a uni paintball team, let alone reyain one
