I also heard that you are not going to be allowed to shoot your gun left handed, and that shoes will be banned. Anyone wearing shoes will get the maximum penalty, and the max goes to the opposing team.
If you are 17, wear shoes, and want to shoot left handed you will prolly need to contact the embassy, as you may not even be able to get into the country, let alone the event.

I contacted the Millennium and I am waiting to hear back from them...... Its totally from a good source though.

And the best thing is they,ve now sent a email out about getting player reps and wanting 5 peopel to be the spokes persons and help as the have said to assist and guide the Millenium comittee in what the player wants.
