This happened to me too, plus i think you can havve one if youv posted more than once, i logged off the internet & i deleted all my cookies (except for index.dat) and all temperary internet files under internet options in control panel and this worked for me.

Cookies are things that store settings to webpages i think, they make it faster when visiting sites that you have already been to, they are usually in the c drive under (inside) windows.

They are also a way to find out which sites you've visited.
Leaves a trail of where and when you've visited them.

I recommend deleting them when you're done 'surfing' every time, before you log off.
Then again, this advice goes off to the paranoid 'ballers out there.

As with anything, a good Firewall installed on your PC can avoid this.
"Better safe than sorry" applies here.
