i'm fairly sure that all the rounds at leicester had been moved to either uttox or lincoln as round 3 which was meant to be at leicester was moved to lincoln.

99.9% sure,But i may be wrong

I can guaranty it will not be at Leicester. Last time it was due to be played in Leicester it was moved to Lincoln, more than likely there again.

Or I hope it is….

At least the ground is flat there; playing tournaments on a side of a hill is not the best.
