I think I'd rather we got our arses kicked until we learnt to play better than exclude team usa possibly made up from strange, avalanche, bad company and dynasty just because they have a better chance of winning.

Its like basically a few pub football teams coming up against Manchester United at Old Trafford, experience wise.

Will still support the guys, but seems weird thats all.

I think you'll find that Robbo hasn't banned any of the Nexus players from playing in the english X-ball team. It's up to each individual what they want to do, and anyone who doesn't wanna play, shouldn't be questioned - it's their time and money after all

Might have been courteous to call or email me Gareth, just to find out the truth ya know !!!
I haven't banned anybody from playing X-Ball, they just chose not to have anything to do with it for obvious reasons.
If you knew anything about our team, which you obviously don't, then you would know I have never and will never make the team do anything, I lay out the options and they choose, each and every time.
And that's the way it has been and always be with Nexus !!

Absolutely, but I gotta say, the only thing we have all really differed on was the name of the team, we were faffing about for ages not being able to agree on any one name and in the end, I thought of the name Nexus, said this was what it was going to be and luckily for me, everybody liked it !
But that is the one and only time I have had to do that.
Contrary to what anybody says, the team make the decisions, not me, I get one vote, just like the others.

And Robbo has never banned any of us from participating.

The team has talked about this though and I think the general consencus would have been that if you want to apply yourself fully to the team event at a Millennium then it is hard to go and play some hard core ball in the evening/morning.

On a personal point, I would love to play X Ball - but under the right conditions because playing it is extremely taxing when played at 100 miles an hour!!

Besides that you gotta be at the event to play the X Ball and we cant promise to be at them.

Good luck to Team England anyway - I'll be cheering them on.
