Will the fields be inflated on saturday afternoon/evening at any point? We are planning to be there about 6pm ish, and are hoping to walk them the night before.

One of the fields will be set up for dinner time on the Saturday, but you wont be able to walk it until about 3pm as a couple of teams will be using it for training.
The second field is provided by the Clan and as they have to come all the way from Scotland, then it may be late before you get to walk it.
Remember ladies and gents 8.15am captains meeting for a 9.00am start.....

I am just waiting on an email from one of the teams that would like to play KOTH...if they confirm and also

are all able to play
then there will be two divisions, we decide who is in which division, if a team has played KOTH before they will naturally be in Div A.
The winner of Div A will play the winner of Div B and this will decide the winner of KOTH.
Sounds good to me....

Quest B have 3 tournament players in their team so they are staying in Masters.
Livewire are already in KOTH.
That gives us 10 teams, with E2 in reserve.
So now needing 3 teams!!!!!!

So there will be a more experienced divison, and a less experienced divison, rather than 2 balenced (in terms of experience rather than numbers) divisons?
