is this the "if you get caught with paint on you ANYWHERE and you are playing on you will get 1-4-1" rule

if so we are told at the captains meetings it is being used. I have yet to see it being fully enforced though.

No we are not being that strict at the 5 man, nothing has changed rule wise at the 5 man, there will still be a self check area, if you are unsure of a shot you will call a marshall in for a check.

If you are unsure of any of the rules i will clarify them for you.
