Two piece or one?

stainless steel is smoother therefore more accurate. aluminum is lighter. 2 piece combines the accuracy of a stainless barrel and the weight of an aluminum barrel

aluminum can also be anodised to be as hard or harder then ss brass cant .

Right, the anodizing does give the metal a rockwell hardness greater than that of SS. BUT the aluminum remains porous AND this layer wears out relatively quickly. That is much faster than SS. Also with SS, because there is no coating, when it starts to wear you can hone it out and make it just as smoth as new.

I am saying, aluminum can more than handle gelatin.

After cases and cases aluminum starts to show wear especially if you play places like SC Village where it's all dusty and sandy and such crap gets in to you barrel and it gets scratched.
Just some thing to think about.
