Course we did.......
Training regime went as follows -
1- Body conditioning (standing in a barn getting accustomed to the weather for 2 hours)
2- Biscep/forearm workout in the Green man public house
3- Fitness training (chasing damn cows away every 5 mins)
4- Domestic training (cleaning all the emultion out of your kit after every ball decides not to come out of your marker!)
5- full body work out (pushing matts car up hill)
So all in all very productive
