Robbo already has Ash22/AndyC14's contact details as I believe he has spoken to his parents before. It's not enough that he's banned and been threatened with the police, he's still pulling dodgy deals via other people.

Yup, that's definitely AndyC14 aka Ash22.

He's been warned by Robbo who also spoke to his parents at the time over several scams he was pulling. I believe that one almost went as far as going to the police.

Scammer through and through.

I assume its still covered by the distance selling act and that goods must be as described etc. But not 100%

Well contact them with all the evidence Robbo has acumulated on them and say that they have tried to pull YET ANOTHER scam and is now not communicating or trying to resolve the situation.
