Great venue. Great marshalls. If this is the first event then the future is bright...
I was playing with Team Trouble (thanks for the nice brown tops) and considering three of our players hadnt played a tournie before and one hadnt played for two years, I think we did alright!
Fair play to the boys though, we got shot to buggery nearly every game and they still went back out there heads up every time. Chris, Rich, Alex, Andy, Chris... I salute you. Funny guys with the raw talent and the attitude to go somewhere in this sport.
Next time, Backlash. Next time....

Just to second what was said on the night really... Big thanks to all the guys that Marshalled field 2 with me, they worked their nuts off and did the best job they could (which was bloody good!).
Thanks to the teams for being a great lot of guys! I was a little taken a back by how well mannered and honest the players were!
If every team acted the way these teams did on Sunday then the sport would have a lot less trouble finding marshals for tournies!!!
The standard of play was high, the games were fast paced, exciting and hard fought.
I just wish I had been playing!!!
Next time eh?
We ran atlest 30 games on our field and had ZERO problems!
We even ran to time (well a little ahead!)
The free for all at the end of the day was wicked fun! The flash bangs were a sweet finishing touch!
