In the interests of debate...
Hey I thought Xenophobia wasn't allowed here!
hmm most people posting are Brits... most people moderating are not... do you think that the moderators and their understanding should reflect the majority of their customers or come from different demographics?
Just wondering.
If your actions were to try and get more posters who were not British then why not say that? I don't know why the majority of posters are Brits (I think we are often just more vocal).
If you want to get more posters from other countries shouldn't you be trying to encourage them rather than supressing the Brits and their chit chat posts? Make a bigger pie in total rather than use a bigger spoon on your slice?
