is the velocity adjuster on the back of a spyder e-99 tourney legal? im a bit worried bout it

no i dont think you need a tool to adjust it for spyders, but im a bit confused because all the fields i have been to there has been no problems with spyders being legal or not
as long as the adjuster can be locked in place so that it cannot be adjusted unless you use a tool to undo the lock (as Le-Pig said) ie a small grub screw or something it should be fine.
