Rancid you have a twisted imagination dude:D

I have to say that the Pimps have a good setup over at Wrexham, they have (occasionally) Aliens gas BBQ and you brings yer grub and it gets cooked by Alien (or whoever is nearest) however I think a big hand to Sparklie for doing just about the best grub for ballers that I have ever heard about. It just makes me wanna go down their even more to try your Masala and Chillie and the rest (I'll put on 4 stone with that lot:D healthy or not).

Someone mentioned Bananas I had heard (not confirmed so if anyone does know let me know) that the banana contains potassium (true) and that it reduces stiffness of muscles by reducing the lactic acid that causes cramp it seems to work but I don't know if it is based in fact.

i dont do food as standard at my site, why? i dont have the time. i run great games and have great fields (in my opinion) but food... you dont want none of my cooking!!

Sparklie obviously has a good rep for food, but look at the time you spend preparing it. i could not afford to pay someone just to do the food all day.

i normally just say to BYO which most people do. if they do want food i just put an order in to the local pasty shop down the road and then go pick them up. nice and simple and filling, and luckily one of the best pasties you can get in the area.

Also with the recent tighten of food hygine laws i would not want to run the risk of given any of my customers food posioning as i'd end up getting sued.

Yup I argee with you food is real hard work:( My first job when I left school was in a fast food heath take out TJ by all acounts would have loved it. When I started running the site I set my self off to colledge and did my Hassop. I am lucky I have a purpose built kitchen on site :D

I have never given any one food posioning and these days it's just not worth it. Because we have the tuck shop and all the goodies plus the washing up to do (price of real mugs) the kitchen is often the busiest part of the site. Thanks for all the positive feed back.

At least finnally I got to cook real food.:D

I do like to cook and have done so since I was 5 even then I cooked allsorts not jam tarts, far too easy. I was baking veianse jam bums al supercook with yeast and rissings and kneeding.

One day again I will have dinner partys:rolleyes:

peace love and cookies

VW's are the game
I agree with CJohns...

If you are really concerned what you are eating at the field bring your own food! Hell you would save some money in the long run. I know them cokes they sell for 1 pound 50 cost me 80 cents on base. But I hate luggin around an extra cooler for food and drinks where would I store the beer?:D
