I started at 12, i think the only problem is getting equiptment and having the funds to do so, im now 15 and still struggling to be able to fund it but i must say every penny well spent this sport is amazing

My son started when he was just 13, he loves it and he has been fine. Think its down to the child though.
I found from running an urban site that it all depends on the individual and you can usually tell if their ready or not. Having said that, some of the more enthusiastic youngsters really couldn't deal with being shot! They were a little shocked once actually being shot for the first time and in some cases didn't want to carry on. But the ages could range between 12 - 16. Like i said, it all depends on the individual.
