gaffer tape your gun to a zimmer frame or crutches and play as a back player, thus you will avoid 'contact' or indeed any type of exertion!
seriously though playin 'ball when ya fooked is no fun! you'll just be wishing u were 100% all day!

the ribs are a risk from any exertion, and although paintball isn't classed as a contact sport, it still involves lots of "accidental" contact. Plus, there are no figures on the effects of paintball hits to a fractured skull........... so don't do it, or you could end up being the answer to the next person who asks the question.

Best to suck it up and sit it out. I had the dubious honour of several months off Paintball after getting my head well and truely kicked in.
It were'nt for anything I posted up here either. Broken nose, cracked cheek, fcuked eye etc. I sat it out for a few months, and hey lucky for the ladies of this country I still have my looks (evidently the slightly wider bridge to my nose adds character).
Bottom line is you take a fall, or Fibre wrapped bottle in the barnet it ain't worth the biscuit.
Oh and one more thing, I like a drink, being doing it for a few years now, and if I'd drunk that much, I don't think I'd be able to recall the exact quantity and measurements of what I drunk. You'd get a lot more sympathy if you just come clean and said it was really a couple of Top Decks
