By Freak inserts (which have been known to be wrong)

Blaze - .689 or .691
Inferno - .685 - chuffing small
Hellfire - .687
Imperial - .691

Not it must be stressed that those are the sizes I have USUALLY used. I have also used Blaze with a .695 and Hellfire with the .679 insert. Paint varies from batch to batch, with weather, storage etc etc

But if you get .689 or .691 you will be OK with most paints but there will always be exceptions - normally the first batch you get after the new barrel

I am buying an Equations Multiple Switch barrel and was thinking that if I only really use one brand of paint I might be able to get away with not buying all of the inserts.

Paint varies WAY too much for soo many reasons that you need at least 3 sized barrels in the very technical - Small, Medium and Big bore. We only shoot Diablo (although differents types depending on the venue) and I have used prolly 5 of the 8 different inserts in my Freak.

It's your choice whether a kit or 3 seperates will do the trick.

I like my freak but I am soooo tempted by getting a set of Dye Ultralites which work out to roughly the same and look the bomb.
