As of now, I don't know of a hard and fast rule against jetpacks ... I don't see them addressed any where in the rules infact. I could see it a great advantage to fly up high above the reach of anyones marker on the ground and dropping hand fulls of paintballs on the other team just like pilots dropped hand grenades in ww1 ... wouldn't that be sneaky ... If NPPL are gonna allow drugs and hi tech, they might aswell allow jetpacks
