Ah, now we see TJ in all his glory...nothing more than a salesman, talking the talk but does he walk the walk...nope!

What am I talking about? Well a previous posting about why his "team" didn't attend a certain tourny...cos of well he couldn't say cos of lawyers...Yeah right! Kept the thread going with veiled replies and when PGI hits the news stands what do we get....NOTHING just a case of Yah-boo sucks! Oh what was the result of the thread...more people buying the magazine. Come on TJ if you are gonna plug the mag be honest about it...we all thought some real dirt was gonna get revealed. I buy the mag anyhow so your sales didn't rise by an extra one but bloody good try.

Good issue this month ..shame about the bloody Joe Schmoe section, the geezer has a good job and buys an M16 lookalike (whoops caught me, I read the title and the end section so guess it was worth printing those words in the mag?)

TJ, play the millenium series - or at least a few of the events. The people want you to prove Flashpoints ability so give it to em!

Robbo to some extent yes I was being serious
TJ hasn't out and out said they cheated (in print) just inferred that they did, they swap markers and still get beat, break out and get bunkered. Done that myself, made a huge breakout only to get lit up from the side, (against Shades of Grey but their breakout was legal) if the case was that he (TJ) is sure they cheated then say it, (he has now, on here). Given the way in which TJ's editorial is normally written, it comes across as a tongue in cheek column so when he has something serious to say it is a little difficult to read between the lines cos of previous columns/web postings.

So TJ an apology to you if you feel it due but, sorry has to be a but, you have always written in a joking way for so long now it should be easy to see why I responded the way I did.

Hope that explains what I was getting at, I don't normally get involved in the contraversal threads (but as I have started this one I have to respond)

Good on ya, at least now I will read your posts/columns and try to decode the "hardball" from the jokes.

It's a shame that you want to take Flashpoint to the top and you feel that your hands are tied due to the problems you have encountered, it is really very doubtful the changes you want to see happen will occur, as all the organisations currently involved in the sport haven't as yet slapped any real penalties on the players (several game ban against the former AA and now Strange player not withstanding) the reasoning behind this I feel is more to do with money than anything else. We are all still at an amatuer level from a playing perspective (no one gets paid to play, well some lucky guys may but you see ,hopefully what I mean) so until proper full time teams (happens in snowboarding/extreme skiing) emerge the league organisers can't/won't implement the improvements that you are crying out for, however strong the case for change you seem to have, player power seems to come into play in regard to the dropping of the per ball price of paintballs though we now tend to use more so perhaps the bills are still the same? Boycott's of a tournament circuit for you may seem the right thing to do, but how many teams are going to follow you. The NPPL is "THE" premier circuit for a lot of teams, The European Millenium is all we have but as mentioned in a lot of previous postings the selection pool for the NPPL or the former WPF et al is huge so the biggest in this case is best. So to finish I don't really have an answer for you to progress but your mantra for keeping it real is an honourable one, so more power to your elbow.

Hopefully meet you on a field sometime, (with your arm in the air? Well I can dream) and to quote you TJ "PEACE"
