i admit practice is dam worth it, but it can be difficult to expain to a newby how to actually do it, if you can try and pick up a dynasty dysected dvd, it will show oyu how they snap shoot and a whole lot more, hopefully it will help,

We used to practice snap shooting (years ago)..by placing tin cans at various heights and distances through a woodland stretch-
then taking turns to 'run' through-shooting cans as we went-it helps if someone else does the setting up(as you won't know where the cans are)-nowerdays we don't practice-we use real bods at tournys
