I´m doing some file Job to my straight ASA Grip:

I´m on, install the classic handguard !

I did some adjustment and work on her, filled the stock to fit, i have 1,5mm material left on sides of stock, carefully work if not it Looks ugly, i think !
Put an extra spacer between Marker and Handguard to get Closer to original look. Also put my Phenom Barrel as tip but the main godness is the original Magazine of my M98M4 Mod. Without modification regular Paint would fit into and for FS there is some work to do and i think 7-8 rounds would fit.
No fiberglas = no finish

Grip is not finished, just spray´d one side for looking better on the pics !!!

Here i got some pics of the stock and handguard modifications:

Cause i have shortend the tip of my TMC for fit the flatline Barrel it´s in close to perfect Position to fit the handguard end, if you stay stock lengh you will Need a pipe for example to set it right distanced.

Last sunday i´ve tested the 3rd Gen. of the RT with CO2 but not sucessful !!! :bang:

So cause i already destroyed my cyclonefeed for the compact boxmag i took the Piston and Zylinder of, to build the 4th Gen. of the RT.
I redused the Diameter by a file on my Special drill mashine and cut by saw. The Piston is cutted also and i made the O-Ring area more Slim a bit.
So now i´m pretty optimistic again cause of the perfect Fitting and seal of the stock parts !!!

Here i installed an old ASA to test the handling with tank stock 2.0 . Feels well and got a bit more of room for mask Frame.

Here i made a draw of the ASA 2.0 which i don´t gonna build cause i got an old Version and my straight ASA isn´t bad too !!!

There is a Need to cut the lower Piece of the hammer housing. Also to get a stronger 2.0 ASA a cut at the bottom of the hammer housing is needed so it´s getting stronger against bad Forces, but this doesn´t weak your Bolt area and it´s not much and deep too.

So i´ve build a "RT-Pipeline" out of an old biro "mine" we call it in german. The hose got enough room to get from the Powertube to the RT-Cylinder without in german we say "Knick" that is when the hose will get blocked by a to strong angle of the hose. Finaly the old gasline hole in the powertube will get closed by a piece of a screw and fiberglas also it´s fixing permanent the hose on the Pipeline end too.

I feel like i´m pretty close to ... !!!

1st used a lighter to permanent form the hose

3rd taped the powerhose to fill up with fiberglas

4th file down edges and surface, to fit well inside the shell´s

Now i´m thinking again of, how i get as fast as possible some pressure to test without waste much cash !!!
