Dude - as the Player Pack says, drop your faction leader a line to get involved. The website even has links to each Faction leaders forum.
You can't expect each faction leader to contact every player in their faction individually.
Drop them a line and they'll be more than happy to include you mate. If you sit back and expect them to come to you then you maybe in for a bit of a wait

Doesn't matter which side you choose my man - it's paintball - it'll be fun either way. That's the beauty of the game that we all play, there is no right and wrong side.
