the barrels are not threaded and are unique the the tiberius arms range, they are a bayonet fit as they allow the barrel to rotate 90 degrees to select paint from the hopper or mag

not had a problem with paint as yet just make sure you use a quality ball, as they say buy sh1t shoot sh1t. Not currently first strike compatible but can be made to be by adding the first strike conversion kit from say just paintball
