nah not at all people. Listen closely:
P8 is a perfect as is. I personally use this thing to find the next tournament dates and big game dates. sell and buy equipment and all that. Perfect for all sorts of stuff
what you dont get to do, is get to know the players on a more personal level, (eg, you know what they look like for a start) so when you go to a tournament you know who your playing. You know you share the same interests so its easier for us shy folk to get into conversations =)
Ever wanted to buy a gun off someone. Went for it and said you would see the seller at next tourney, but not know exactly who it is that your looking for. Myspace is the answer
also its easier to arrange after parties and organised piss-ups.
Use these things together, and the paintball family will become stronger. More new people will come onto the scene (so p8 use will increse if anything) and hopefully our sport will actually be recognised by the public for a change. Which i'm sure would save us all lots of effort when it comes to explaining the differences between types of paintball

Games sound cool.. I'll play whatever, i'm pretty easy as long as i get to shoot people. In their thousands is always a bit more appealing =)
