Hey, whats the deal with these SP Nerves. They are down to like $1000 bucks now, but none of my local fields carry them so I've never got a chance to hold/fire one. How do they compare to a shocker? Will I save money buying a stock Nerve over say a ton ton shocker or dark shocker? Thanks for any input. Please only respond to this question if you have used both.

They are slightly heavier than a shocker and the operation is more like a timmy from what i have seen....

They are very user friendly in that the bolt is easily removeable without tools, and they introduced the q-loc feedneck and upgraded board, but now you can get all the nerve bits for the shocker, and what with HE bolts about they are just as if not more efficient.

Saying that the nerve looks sweet and handles nicely....i'd have one if they were cheaper.
