not using spray can cause the lens to deteriorate

using water can cause the anti fog to go dead

well it hasn't fogged for over 10 months.....

Well 12 years of ballin and all i have ever used to clean my lenses is free
I just spit on em and wipe away with a clean soft cloth.
Stops foggin and above all else, no one borrows my goggles

just use your breath for the outside, and a touch of water for the inside. Works like a dream.
