Definately no

I have seen even a Ti hammer snap when this is done, titanium is big and clever when used in the right environment (my phone for instance ;) or a Ti Boomstick) but its abrasive nature makes it unsuited to an application where it has to move against another metal/itself. I am sure that - when well setup - a Ti Hammer will last the distance, but I would recommend for your setup either a Brass or Stainless hammer kit.

if you want uber light internals then the best setup would be

1, Voodoo bolt
2, Derlin pull pin
3. Titanium hammer and Ram

And if you want light internals one othe piece you'll be needing to keep it consistant and running smoothly

4, LPR

Well thats my opinion anyway and my setup, which runs consistantly smoothly and with very little kick. :p

i used my eclipse impy with a titanium hammer and shaft and a cut down delrin bolt without any problems at all. i have a feeling that although the titanium hammer is lighter than stainless it is still marginally heavier than the alloy one (felt like it to me anyway)

thats right, everytime you press the dwell setting buttons a chirp is heard(imp only 2 months old from sp)
so with a range of 4-14 milliseconds its possible to work out the dwell setting. Each press of dwell button = .25 increment
