1) Supposedly opening your mouth stretches your skin causing you eyes to open more, so they can apply it to the bottom and top lashes seperately (asked my friend once...)

2) You say "snow is falling" but you don't say "rain is dropping"...so that's just a stupid question.

3) Cause everyone is rushing to get home or to work etc....duh!

Why when you're at dinner does whatever someone else ordered always look better?

Also flying fish cant fly for long periods they just hover above the water just a few feet then they go back under quickly and then back up again!!!

Opening the mouth, helps to tighten teh cheeks and draw open teh eyes.

Actually, rain drops and snow flakes. Rainfall/snowfall is the correct term for precipitation of that variety.

It's called rush hour, as everyone is rushing to get home, simple really.

Hot air rises, this is true...it's how birds are helped and gliders get about, due to thermal currents rising.
However, hot air rises because it has been heated by teh ground under it, not the Sun...(teh Sun heated teh ground)...so as it rises, it cools.

The air in teh upper atmosphere, is much much colder than the air at ground level, because it is so far from teh radiated heat from teh ground.

This is why, snow is able to survive on mountain tops, because the air around it, is very cold.
