Very sad news!! The Northern Quarter has been our home since forever! Massive big up to Markie, Wozza, Carl, Luke and all the Firm boys..

The end of an era

This is truly a sad loss.

I have fond memories of NQ, from seminars with XSV and Dynasty, and training with The Firm and So Manc.

Markie would usually open the site whatever the weather, and regardless of how many players were down.

I think it is true to say that you don't really appreciate something until you lose it, and NQ will definitely be missed by me.

NQ has been a training ground for some of the finest players in UK 'ball, and without the efforts of Markie and his boys we would not be as advanced as we are now.

It's fair to say that nobody has worked so hard to make training so available!! Markie has taken things to the next level by getting the likes of XSV and Dynasty to training days!! Many of us would never of had the opportunity to train with those guys without the tireless effort he's put in.

If Mark does decide to call it a day it would be fully understandable.. But I for one would miss that effortless, never ceasing smile!!

I don't think this will be the end of the Northern Quarter.. I think it's a new better beginning!!
