Not according to the ASTM who made the rules on what is and is not gravity feed.

If you turn the unit upside down and it is unable to continue loading, then they class it as gravity feed. So the Warp with hopper and halo are both classed as gravity based feed systems by the ATSM. I doubt this Q loader would be, but I don't make the rules.

Rory, no comment ;) But I am watching to see what happens. 4 Years ago? might want to double that and add a bit :(

Mmm, interesting then. Well, I'm sure the rules will have to be revised at some point in the future anyhow as the only way loaders will keep up with the new cps markers is by defying gravity in some way, I would have thought anyway?
