new egos have star frame as standard which comes with star trigger (strangely enough) which offer both spring and magnet trigger settings (I use both at the same time) , they also have 360 degree swivel mount for macro fitting on a different style (astheticly- sp ) of reg + frm with gauge which is great if your like me and like pissing about with your markers (the reg being usefull for returning it to stock after i've screwed it up 
)- they come with upped bolt and custom milling - i personally think it was worth it but i wouldnt pay the price that planets charging.
they however shoot exactly the same as a normal ego apart from my xsv has less kick than any other ego ive shot , this maybe because of whats stated above about the reg milling or it could just be set up better from stock.
if your skint buy a standard ego - if you want a spring trigger you need a star frame - ultimately if you like egos - buy an xsv there fookin mint

or buy a stock one and up grade it cosmetically without the milling like ive done to look like an xsv ego as there is no differences performance wise fact as quoted from person /s from planet your payin for a name and the cost of milling
