believe someone said something about taking compressed gasses on public transport as being naughty...but..as long as you are sensible and everything is neatly and securely packed away in a bag...and you are old enough to abide by the laws covering air weapons (not that you have to, but it's a good idea)...who is to know what the ferk you have in your bag...don't wear clothes that say " I am a paintball gun wielding maniac" and preferably de-gas your tank (don't want any burst disc related hissings on a crowded train):D

its most likely less severe that regulations of taking gear on the plane but i guess if you just keep quiet about whats in the bag then you should be good :)

Most people outside of the paintball scene will only think Empire and Planet Eclipse are just another clothing/luggage bag maker so they cant exactly ID you as a paintballer and wonder where your gun is :p

Saying that, I've been through Kings Cross several times in playing jersey and playing pants, at 15 years of age with a bottle pressurised to 2.5k in my bag, and I've never even been asked if I'm going to a fancy dress or something :p

But doing what you said is probably alot more sensible :D

AFAIK, it's not the gun that is a problem, it's the Air Cylinder...hell, countless times I have walked through town centres with a rifle or shotgun slip over my shoulder..no guessing at whats in there...except maybe the one time when I was off to Iai-Do...had a Boken and Live blade in a rifle slip...some kid says..."whats in that bag mate?"

"SWORDS....you want to see?" I said, eerily....he didnt want to see;)

Did you get asked if you were "Looking for a date?" or "All fixed up?", that happens a lot.

I have this mate...likes to party...partied to much and ended up spending teh night sleeping with some homeless people at Kings Cross...he "befriended" a young lady, and took her back to his place the next day...now, he is a nice guy and likes to help out...he phones me and asks if I know where I can get some SMACK!! I'm like..."Excuse me...? Why?"

He explains...knowing my friends weeknesses...I yell down the phone "DO NOT F*CK HER..DO NOT!!!"

And all said no, I dont know where I can lay my hands on some brown...mates eh?:(

I used to sit on trains with my fully assembled, gassed up gun sat next to me. But then, I am a total badass....
