I'm with you there Brother dark, planet have surpassed any customer service and products that SP could only dream of.
I live 25 minutes from SP and get on with the blokes there, yet i still order my stuff from planet

Yea, they scratched the hell out of an Ion I previously owned when the trigger snapped on its first outing.

Then they would not swap the gat for a new one when they could not source a new one in the u.k

When I did get it back three weeks later the base of the reg was scratched along with the frame where the trigger pin sits.

The only slightly positive thing to come out of them was an eye board when the Ion eyes failed. They sent me it for bugger all, but posted it in a normal envolope and it arrived in two pieces.

Suffice to say I sold it a short while later and purchased an ego...........Then another one, and have never ceased to be amazed at the level of service from the guys at Eclipse!
