Don't know what Lathams up to next year but I do know that he'll be joining K2 along with all the guys from the team for the welsh open....How High

I'd say Tom Ormrod, (got that spelt right? ).
He was at the Russian Legion trials with us all a few months ago and he was very good. But this was also noted by Sergey and that mean scary coach guy RL use (what's his name?). Also, RL asked Tom to turn up for the next trials, and he was only 15 at the time! He gets my vote.
