The reason is safety. The Automag requires that you have about 800 + psi, I usually have anywhere from 900-1300 psi. Have also tried with 3000 psi which I do not recommend even though it's fun (scuba tank). A good quality macro is said to withstand up to 1000 psi.
So the reason is safety.

Looks good Ian, have you tested the q-loader out yet - how does it shoot?
