Interesting read, very good as always Gadget.
It is frankly two sides going at each other and it is very hard to actually know what really happened-all comes down to who you want to believe really.
A big spongy mess, so make sure you notate all ideas down, don't tell anybody and if you are wanting to hire sites etc get a confidentiality agreement signed to ensure that the idea will not be talked about and get a legal agreement to run the event between the parties!
