Still trying to sort out the ride down. For some reason there are NO flights from Edinburgh to Manchester on that day! The train isn't too bad, but I'd have to get it the night before and get a room, so that's probably what I'm going to be doing.

Anyone else getting a room? Could book the same hotel to make it easier to get there in the morning.

I stayed in Salford Quays when i did the course, there is a travelodge and various cheap places to stay there.

edit: It's 5 minutes cab from Planet. 15-20 mins walk (at a guess)
