True that... I notice most of the more team oriented players in any squad tend to be the smarter & more experienced players.

So other than allowing it to evolve naturally how do you get the necessity of the team attitude into a player, to strengthen the teams ability? Is there a drill? I'll be all over that if there is

True that... I notice most of the more team oriented players in any squad tend to be the smarter & more experienced players.

If true, this is an interesting point but unsurprising. I tend to think though, this may well be illusory in that the smart players [and more experienced] will tend to anticipate things more and also support better than the less smart and inexperienced; this anticipation could well give an impression of teamwork when actually it's a smart player making the right choice as a derivative of his experience.
