Only all-girl team I know of in the UK at the moment is the Fallen Angels, based mostly in the Midlands and who run the Masters tournament series. They are a great bunch of girls and really friendly. Contact Wendyism on these forums for more info on them.
But don't be too worried about joining a mixed team, teams like Iron Lions and Halloween are very female-friendly - and I mean that from a player point of view rather than a "females = crumpet" point of view!

Fallen angels are the large all girls team in the UK but they play up North. I believe Bagpuss was putting together a Halloween Pink team not sure what happened about this (correct me if i'm wrong Oli)
