Today we made some more progress. Of course with all councils you get passed around from person to person allot but I found out there is 1 guy who is already renting the land I'm thinking of but have been told by local residents that he doesn’t use it and that the guy who owns it might just go for this. I've got his address and everything so I'm going down tomorrow to see if I can meet the guy and persuade him to let us use the land
