All I intended is to do is just promote another training ground in the Southampton region.


I have sent a PM to Robbo and I hope he can see that it would be a good idea to delete this thread so it can be started again for the correct reasons with no more bitchin' and thread jacking PLEASE

lol yeh might be a good idea,

no I meant he was not the person that raised ambush and I know he didnt want to, it was others that started it and he merely replied to them with a missunderstood and unfortunate missqutoe which has now lead to a silly topic

is all ive been trying to say

so im not talking bollox just not been phasing it well as im at work at the mo and have better things to get on with than think of this

Can someone please delete this thread so it can be started again for the CORRECT reasons of promoting Paintball not argueing about this and that.

A formal apology about getting prices wrong. These things happen.......

And yes Ambush is a great site, and so could paintball park, we will just have to see.

I am not going to delete this thread. This is a forum, and this notice was posted as an announcement and to initiate discussion, I assume. I am interpreting it NOT to be an attempt at free advertisement. If it were an advertisement, then contrary views and (loosely) related tangents would not be expected, but since it is NOT an advertisement, but a conversation on a forum, opposing views deserve to be aired. Banter is to be expected, as long as the main topic is not lost. I will tolerate 15% banter and fun to 85% content and ideas.

It is my view that an abundance of paintball sites is a very good thing. It is my view that different levels of service call for differnt pricing. I think that the ability to attract better players and teams is complex and related to a lot of attributes of a field, some of which are under control of the marshalls/ field owner, some of which are more nebulous.
