If you're serious about forming a team you could name it after your Town or City and then register as a National team with the Paintball Association with all the benefits that come from that. However if you are thinking of going down that route there's a lot of hard work involved and you'll need to regsiter a team manager first.
If you're just intending to knock about in regional or local events for a bit of fun then pick something that's fun and distinctive.
