I would love to spend more time with my team, but there's a slight problem in that the furthest south any of the rest live is Chesterfield, & I come from South East London/Kent! 3.5 - 4 hour trips just for an evening's socialising doesn't quite work out sadly
My old team from years ago used to meet around fortnightly for team meetings/drinks and would often go out together or invade a team member's house on a Saturday evening as well. We found this really did help us "bond" as a team.
